Worked with Wikborg Rein since 1984, Partner from 1990 to 2022 and Chairman between 2007- 2014. Admitted to the Norwegian Supreme Court 1997. Mr. Eilertsen has extensive litigation experience before Norwegian courts and in arbitration proceedings. He has had various directorships across the maritime industry including Chairman of the Executive Committee of Gard P&I (Bermuda) Ltd, and has served on the Bergshav Shipholding board since 2008.
